Austin police seek two suspects in downtown bachelorette party assault.

A bachelorette party assault in downtown Austin has led police to search for two suspects involved in the attack, according to the Austin Police Department.

Authorities said the incident occurred on Saturday, July 19, at approximately 2:10 a.m. The department did not release an exact location but confirmed it took place in the downtown area.

Investigators said the two suspects became involved in a verbal dispute with members of the party before a female suspect “violently assaulted” one member.

Police reported that both suspects left the area in a light-colored van or SUV after stealing the victim’s personal belongings.

The female suspect is described as Hispanic, between 25 and 40 years old, with tattoos on one arm, both thighs, and the side of her torso. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jean shorts, and gray and white Nike shoes.

The male suspect is described as Black, between 30 and 40 years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet 1 inch tall, with a stocky build and a tattoo on his arm. He was last seen wearing a white Jordan T-shirt, blue jeans, and gray shoes.
