Epstein Files: Trump Demands Grand Jury Records Be Released

Epstein files update

President Donald Trump announced plans to request the court’s permission to release grand jury testimony related to the late Jeffrey Epstein files, following strong reactions from his supporters after recent DOJ findings.

“Based on the ridiculous amount of publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I have asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to produce any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony, subject to Court approval. This SCAM, perpetuated by the Democrats, should end, right now!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Shortly after, Pam Bondi responded on X, confirming the Justice Department was prepared to ask the court the following day.

“President Trump – we are ready to move the court tomorrow to unseal the grand jury transcripts,” she posted.

Epstein Files Case Sparks Division Among Trump Supporters

Some Trump supporters expressed outrage after the Justice Department concluded there was no evidence supporting theories tied to Epstein’s 2019 death or client list.

Bondi had previously promised major revelations about Epstein, including “a lot of names” and “a lot of flight logs.”

Trump has labeled the case a hoax, despite pressure from his base for transparency.

Jeffrey Epstein faced sexual abuse allegations in 2006 and was arrested. He later accepted a plea deal. In 2019, Epstein was arrested again and charged with sex-trafficking conspiracy before dying in jail.
