Isabela Ferrer has accused Justin Baldoni of harassment as the legal fight over It Ends With Us continues, adding new tension to the dispute between Baldoni and Blake Lively.
Ferrer, who played young Lily Bloom in the film, was subpoenaed in August over her conversations with Lively. Her legal team argued the request was unnecessary and intended to pressure her. They claimed Baldoni was using legal tactics to harass the actress, manipulate the press, and burden her with legal costs that should have been covered by her contract with Wayfarer Studios.
The filing also raised safety concerns, alleging Baldoni’s team made public addresses that may have been Ferrer’s residence. The court documents described Baldoni’s actions as “the latest in a broader pattern of conduct by Baldoni to bully Ms. Ferrer” and “another attempt to manipulate the press, to create havoc on a young, up-and-coming, and talented actress.”
On August 18, Baldoni’s lawyers rejected Ferrer’s objections, calling them an “inappropriate attack” unrelated to the question of whether she must comply with the subpoena. They said her filings had no bearing on the court’s decision.
The case has already drawn widespread attention, with a trial scheduled for March 2026. The dispute began when Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and retaliation, saying he tried to damage her career after she rejected him. Baldoni denied the allegations and argued her claims were an attempt to gain creative control of the film.
Baldoni responded with countersuits seeking $400 million against Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist, Leslie Sloane, as well as $250 million against the New York Times for reporting on the case. Judge Lewis Liman dismissed the suits in June 2025, ruling the statements involved were protected or insufficient for defamation. The decision was seen as a legal victory for Lively.
As both sides continue exchanging filings and public statements, Ferrer has said she does not want to be part of the growing dispute. Her involvement, however, shows how far-reaching the legal battle has become and how it could intensify ahead of next year’s trial.
